Acceptance and eligibility

By using RuleGrid, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a contract and, if using RuleGrid for an organization, authorized to bind that organization.

Informational service—not legal advice

RuleGrid summarizes public information and is not a law firm, legal service, government agency, or system of record. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or inapplicable to a particular property or use. Verify important decisions against linked official sources and qualified local professionals. Use does not create an attorney-client or professional relationship.

Accounts, API keys, and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential and for activity under your key. Do not probe or disrupt the service, bypass quotas or access controls, introduce malicious code, use RuleGrid unlawfully, or misrepresent RuleGrid data as an official government determination. Access may be rate-limited, suspended, or revoked to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the price and billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payments. Included usage, overage pricing, and features are shown on pricing and checkout pages. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not retroactively erase charges already incurred, except where required by law or stated at checkout.

Public data and intellectual property

Government source materials remain subject to their own legal status and terms. RuleGrid normalized datasets are offered under the license identified in applicable metadata. RuleGrid software, design, trademarks, and original explanatory content remain the property of Andromeda Kinship LLC or its licensors unless expressly licensed otherwise. Attribution must not imply endorsement.

Changes, availability, and termination

Coverage, features, prices, and these terms may change. Material terms changes will be posted with a new effective date. Features may be modified or discontinued, and access may be suspended for violations, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements.

Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuleGrid is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andromeda Kinship LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from RuleGrid. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
